A birthday drawing for a friend of mine (einheitstochter on deviantART; check out her cool gallery!), a mysterious white lady. What is she doing? Where is she going? You decide!

Colored pencil on purple paper. You can't tell it from the scan but her antlers, hooves, and the border are metallic silver.

It's strange because I use metallic silver quite often and my old scanner would scan it really shiny but my new scanner makes it look like the silver on this picture. I wonder if there's a way to adjust it to make it brighter? Sara Melissa Bean replies: "If she were an albino she'd have light eyes...she must just be naturally pale. That is strange about the scanners. I don't think I've ever had one that can capture metallic shades. "
